This year’s Black Friday will hit differently! You see, GOAT and Division Street’s Ducks of a Feather are cookingggg! You see, their collaborative What the Duck Dunks are coming back, but this time with a different backstory. From the tribute to the University of Oregon to a man who created a legacy, there’s a lot to unpack here. So, let’s check out what these babies are bringing to the table, shall we? But before we do, make sure you check out our blog for all the holiday releases and more!
What the Dunk Dunks Are Blacker Than Ever & We Love It!
Following the success of the first two iterations, GOAT and Ducks of a Feather are back with a new drop! The new Alternate What the Duck Dunks are quite a sight to see if you ask us. You see, these babies will feature an all-black colorway. This is inspired by none other than the man behind the Nike legacy, Phil Knight. It specifically takes inspiration from his signature all-black outfits!
Naturally, the kicks kept the same design details as the previous two kicks. We will have the signature “What The” mish-mash of materials and patterns on there. The heels will feature both a metal plate design and a duck feather pattern. At the front, we got suede toe boxes and patent swooshes on the sides. And finally, we have translucent outsoles with the “Duck of a Feather” print. So all in all, it’s a feisty yet elegant pair that would please all tastes!
Release Deets
The upcoming What The Duck Dunks Alternate Black will drop on November 28, 2024. Now, the premium materials used for these babies are probably the reason they will retail for $325! But don’t worry, your investment won’t go to waste, because the previous two kicks are worth up to $1,000 on the aftermarket. Moreover, the proceeds from the sales will go to support student-athletes of the University of Oregon. And we all know that nobody says no to an all-black Dunk, right? So, how can you score these kicks?
Well, the drop will be a part of GOAT’s BF24 event for this year’s Black Friday. So, if you want to have a shot at scoring them for retail, you need to download the GOAT app. The event will include games and chances to earn tickets and win prizes. The event just started, so make sure you don’t miss out. Godspeed!
