Are the Nike Panda Dunk Mids Really Too Mid to Wear?

2021 and 2022 definitely had so many popular releases. We almost broke the bank on multiple occasions trying to cop more sneakers than we have storage for. But one thing is for sure, a pair of sneakers stood out and became the industry’s best-seller! It’s not a retro, nor is it the most exclusive out there, but it slithered its way into our hearts and closets. The Panda Dunks certainly made us all know it whether we like Dunks or not (we do.) And of course, Nike is doing what it does best: cashing out on the hype! But well, will the new Nike Panda Dunk Mids live up to the lows reputation or not?

A Quick Panda Dunk Recap First?

We’re gonna keep it short, we promise. So the whole Panda Dunk thing started back in March 2021. And we really didn’t expect the kicks to be such a success! They immediately shot in popularity in the industry, and everyone was suddenly rocking the black and whites. You know, the Panda Dunks became a trend just like white Air Force 1s. And well, after multiple restocks in less than 2 years, the kicks are still worth 2x their retail price!

Then, Nike went the extra mile by dropping the Panda Dunk in a high-top in May 2021 because they can. And these too became a successful pair. Although it won’t make you rich overnight, it’s a good place to start a reselling business! The kicks are also worth $265 on average in resale which is more than 2x the original retail.

And of course, why stop at the white-base-black-overlay mix when you can flip it? Yup, Nike thought of that too, and dropped the Reverse Panda Dunk low in October 2022. Although iterations of successful kicks don’t always succeed, this one totally did. You can actually flip the pair for $212 on average, aka an easy $100 of profit!

So, What Do We Think About the Panda Dunk Mids?

Alright so, let us start by saying the following. Mid-tops are generally frowned upon by so many in the industry, especially die-hard sneakerheads. And we get it, why go for mids when you can go for highs? However, we gotta give it to Nike, because they managed to pull off the Panda colorway in many forms. So why not complete the set with the Panda Dunk Mids? After all, the kicks will come in the same details as the lows and mids!

Now, although we don’t have specific release details, we can expect the kicks to drop sometime in 2023. As for the resale, we gotta wait and see whether they’re gonna be a flop or a flip! What we do know for a fact is that you need a good sneaker bot if you wanna catch the drop at any time! And if you’re looking for a good all-in-one bot, then you’re at the right place! NSB is one of the best and most consistent in the industry. And with NSB3 coming very soon, you’ll be able to step into the future of sneaker botting! Godspeed
