Today we bring the amazing news of not one, but two upcoming new Jordan 2 colorways! From Africa to the States, Jordan Brand always makes sure to cover all the bases with style and backstories. After all, what would the Air Jordan line be if we didn’t get a legacy and a story behind it? So now, we’re gonna check out the upcoming Jordan 2 collaborations that will totally rock your world! And speaking of awesome collabs, A Ma Maniere is bringing some heat before 2022 ends.
New Jordan 2 Shelflife – Bringing Drip All the Way from Africa!
It’s true that the sneaker industry started in the United States, yet it definitely spread out to the whole world. Not only do sneakerheads acknowledge that fact, but Nike and JB do too! And Africa didn’t miss a beat because Shelflife opened its doors in Cape Town, South Africa, in 2006. The second brick-and-mortar store opened 10 years later in Johannesburg, South Africa. Of course, the store also has an online presence to provide apparel to Africa and the whole world.
Shelflife’s style also comes from Graffiti and street art. So mash this all up, and you’ve got a unique identity that landed the store in Nike’s Tier 0! But in addition to exclusive merch, Tier 0 stores sometimes get the privilege of having their own collab. And that brings us to the very cool-looking Jordan 2 Shelflife! Mind you, this marks the first collab with an Africa-located brand, and that’s a big deal in the sneaker culture. It’s sending the message that the industry is international and can cross any border easily!
Sneaker Info
If you like simple colorways, you’ll love this release. The upper will mainly come in a cream color with hints of popping orange on the tongue and outsole. Meanwhile, the insoles reflect the team spirit with different autographs and the sentence “I am because we are”. The new Jordan 2 Shelflife will drop on October 21, 2022, and will retail for $200. And if you’re wondering how much they’re worth, it’s $255. Kinda looks like a decent place to start your business small if you cop in bulk!
Two 18 Jordan 2 – To The Kid Who Never Saw His City on a Map!
We’re gonna take a direct plane now from Cape Town, South Africa, all the way to Detroit, Michigan US! And there, another store has a story to tell, and it’s about representation. This collab is for that kid who couldn’t find his city on a map. Well now, they can find it on a pair of kicks; Jordan sneakers to be specific!
The new Jordan 2 Two 18 features a very simple tan upper, but it’s more than meets the eye! For example, the outsoles have blue and red on them, aka Detroit’s official colors. And if you’re not impressed yet, then take a look at the insole! Instead of your usual branding, we have the Detroit metro map. The look is complete with a nice leather lining and translucent outsoles.

We can expect the second Jordan 2 low collab to also drop on October 21, 2022, for $200. Of course, you gotta make sure you catch them on retail, especially if they’re not the only pair you’re copping. If you really wanna add these babies to your rotation, here’s how to cop Js for retail… or resale. The Two 18 Jordan 12 is currently worth $270 on average in resale, so copping for retail sounds nice!
Another New Jordan 2 to Complete the World Tour!
Our last stop will be in the Philippines, ladies, and gentlemen, with a new Jordan 2 low colorway! These babies are the product of Jordan Brand’s collab with Titan 22, aka the leading streetwear brand in the Philippines. This pair also features a simple cream upper, but the details are pretty colorful with a mix of aqua, green, and orange! The whole thing is actually a tribute to the 1954 FIBA World Cup bronze medalist Filipino team. So all in all, the kicks have an air of nostalgia and a story!
If you wanna complete the sneaker trinity, then these babies are a must-have for you! They’ll also drop on October 21, 2022, for $200, and will be available in extended women’s sizes. So all in all, you’ve got a pretty impressive sneaker collection with all three colorways. We know what you’re thinking, and these are also worth the cop at $290 on average on the aftermarket!
Thinking About Going for All Three Colorways?
Wonderful idea! However, you’ll need to know a couple of things. First off, you’ll need a sneaker bot to cop off each pair’s respective website. So here’s a list of the best sneaker bots in the game! Second, you can try your luck with all three on Nike SNKRS, but boy that’s a whole other story. That’s why we also have a list of the best Nike bots in the game to give you the best odds!
