NBA Paris Dunks 2024 – One Pair to Go, S’il Vous Plait!

Book your flights, and practice your French nos amis, because 2024 holds so much for the City of Lights! The 2024 Summer Olympics will take place in Paris, France from July 26 to August 11. Not only that but the NBA Basketball game will return to Paris after a four-year absence! So much is on the line for Paris, and we feel the hype! But Nike never misses when an opportunity presents itself. And this time, it comes in the shape of the 2024 NBA Paris Dunks! So, let’s see what all the fuss is about, shall we?

NBA x Nike International Collabs – Beyond the Kicks

Nike and the NBA have a long and storied history of collaboration, dating back to 1984. That’s the year Nike landed a deal with Michael Jordan, putting the Air Jordan legacy in motion. Fun fact, Nike and the NBA previously partnered up on many interesting themes. We got the City Edition, Earned Edition, Statement Edition, Classic Edition, Halloween specials, and of course International Editions. Of course, these include, but are not limited to sneakers!

For the Sneakerheads

In case you’re curious, the NBA Paris Dunks are not the first pair of international sneaker editions. The first collaboration was the Nike Air Max 97 Shanghai which dropped in 2019. This release was to celebrate the opening of the NBA’s new office in Shanghai. That was one sweet kick that drew inspiration from the city’s architecture.

Since then, this partnership seemed like a brilliant idea… and it really was. So, Nike and the NBA released a number of other international city sneaker collabs: Nike Kyrie 6 Seoul (2019), Nike LeBron 18 Paris (2020), Nike KD 14 London (2021), and Nike Zoom Freak 3 Athens (2022).

NBA Paris 2024 – Another Success Story?

The NBA Paris Game 2024 is part of the NBA’s Global Games initiative. This initiative aims to bring the game of basketball to fans all over the world. The NBA has been playing regular-season games outside of the United States since 1991. And the league played games in over 20 different countries so far. And in 2024, NBA basketball returns to Paris! The NBA Paris Game 2024 will feature the Brooklyn Nets and the Cleveland Cavaliers playing the league’s third regular-season game in Paris at the Accor Arena on Thursday, January 11, 2024.

This will be the third NBA regular season game played in Paris. The first time was Chicago Bulls vs Detroit Pistons in 2015. And the second was Milwaukee Bucks vs Charlotte Hornets in 2020. But now, enough about all that, and let’s get down to business. The NBA Paris Dunks will come to commemorate the occasion, so let’s talk shop!

NBA Paris Dunks – A Dope Silhouette Goes International

The upcoming NBA Paris Dunks showcase crisp white uppers, with olive-grey overlays. The swooshes and heel tab embroidery will come in black. For a bit of flair, the side of the heel is stamped with a gold-foil NBA logo and the insoles’ eye-catching Paris branding completes the look. Gold is probably the only Paris-y thing in this shoe, as it reminds us of all the lights.

Let’s talk about the elephant in the room. You’re wondering how neutral olive-grey represents the city of Paris. Maybe it’s just Nike riding the Travis Olive wave and milking the olive colorway. It’s a bit weird given that their previous international city sneakers were representing each city perfectly! However, we can get a bit philosophical and say that olive-grey is part of the Paris color palette. But what do we know?

Rumor has it though, that the NBA Paris Dunks might have a number of other special features. From a glow-in-the-dark outsole to a reflective NBA logo, nothing is off the table. However, Nike didn’t confirm any of this, but they never do until official announcements. That sure would be a fun glow-in-the-dark adult shoe experience! But if you’re craving this vibe, maybe you should check out these Halloween kicks.

NBA Paris Dunks Release Info

The Nike Dunk Low NBA Paris has no official release info yet. However, we can logically expect the kicks to drop in January before the Cavaliers vs Nets game in Paris. The game will take place on January 11, 2024, so mark your calendars! This cool release will be available at select Nike retailers, both in-store and online, and on Nike SNKRS as usual. These babies will retail for $120, and they’ll probably be worth every penny!

How To Get the NBA Paris Dunks in 2024?

The NBA Paris Dunks will be kinda exclusive, which will make them even more desirable for collectors and sneakerheads. You can make a ton of side cash if you flip these kicks in bulk! In other words, this release could be the reason you become a reseller. All you need is a good all-in-one bot and the right blog to show you the ropes. Don’t worry though, we got both just a click away!

If you’re new to the industry, you really should know everything about sneaker botting to survive the competition. Then, you’ll need to actually know what the best sneaker bots on the market are. But don’t worry, because our blog has everything you need in one place. Godspeed!
