Everyday Sneakers That You Need in Your Rotation: A Guide.

Although most of the sneaker industry is about the hype, there’s always another side to the story. Some sneakerheads collect kicks actually to wear and flex them. Moreover, some sneakerheads like sneakers for the comfort and performance they offer. That’s why today, we’re gonna take a look at everyday sneakers you definitely need in your closet. This list will come in handy when you’re looking for a new pair of beaters. Alas, this is not the list if you’re looking for the real hype kicks. Don’t worry though, if you want that kind of saucy news, you can head to our blog!

Everyday Sneakers – A Timeless List!

So, the list of everyday sneakers that we’re about to share is a mix of everything. From lifestyle to running, there’s something for everyone here. Some might be harder to come across than others, but don’t worry, you can easily find alternatives. Now, without further ado, here are the kicks you need for every occasion!

Air Force 1 – Preferably White

You weren’t expecting this list to start with anything else, right? The Air Force 1, since its introduction to the basketball courts in 1982, was a winner. Although it started as a high-top pair on the court, the kicks became extra popular in 1983 when it dropped at retailers in low-top. But for a silhouette to last in the industry as much as the AF1 did, the brand must have done something right. And well, in 2023 (40 years later), the white Air Force 1 low is still a part of a sneakerhead’s essential rotation!

Nike Air Max – Any of ‘Em Really

We’re not gonna get too picky about this, because the whole Nike Air Max line is a masterpiece. In fact, the history of the line is certainly a great one. You can’t be a real sneakerhead if you don’t have at least one favorite Air Max silhouette. Our personal favorites are the Nike Air Max 97 and 270! You can find out which silhouette suits you best here. But it doesn’t matter what your favorite silhouette is if you don’t know how it fits. So here’s a handy Air Max size guide to help you with your next purchase!

Adidas Samba & Campus

We could’ve split those, but if you have one, you can skip the second… or not. Depending on whether you like OG classics or modern spins on them, you’ll know whether you wanna get the Adidas Samba or Campus. In fact, we already had a full discussion about that right here. And if you wanna find out how either of them fits, check this out.

Air Jordan 1 High

You really don’t need to be seriously dedicated to the sneaker industry to know the AJ1. These babies were game changers when it comes to basketball and, later on, lifestyle kicks. Now, the coolest thing about Jordan 1 Highs is that you have a humongous selection of colorways to choose from. But if you have the option to choose a timeless colorway, you gotta go with the Jordan 1 Chicago! And, because we want the best for you, here are some pretty helpful Jordan guides:

New Balance 550

A few years ago, we wouldn’t have dreamed of adding a pair of NB kicks to any list. These were the “ugly dad shoes” nobody wants to be caught dead wearing. But oh well, the tides turned, and NB is here to stay with one specific silhouette making it big time. The New Balance 550 is seriously a dope pair that can kicka$$ in every occasion and colorway. Of course, if you don’t like this specific silhouette, you can opt for the 990s series. Now these babies are definitely the dad shoes every sneakerhead needs.

Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 40

You probably imagined we’d add the Nike Dunk as our last entry, didn’t you? We almost did, but then decided to replace it with another Nike product. Sometimes, a lifestyle pair just won’t do if you’re on your feet all day. That’s why we decided to include a pair of running shoes that will for sure guarantee comfort all day. Our pair of choice is the Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 40 because it looks good and delivers everything it promises! And if you’re looking for more running shoes, here are the best ones this year.

Last Words Before We Leave

It doesn’t matter what your everyday sneakers look like. All they gotta do is be actually comfortable and not annoying to wear every day. So, whether you choose to wear your 4 figures Dunks or the old reliable Air Max, it’s your call! All you have to do is know where to buy your kicks for retail! And just in case you wanna learn more about the sneaker resale industry, we got you. Here’s a guide on how to identify hype kicks and what to do when you do! Godspeed.
