February is a special month for basketball fans and sneakerheads alike! And in February 2024, the All Star 2024 sneakers are shaping up to be a pretty dope lineup. So, today we’re gonna go through the whole list of sneakers that will catch attention on and off the court. But before we do that, you gotta check out the upcoming Kobe 8s that will drop very soon! Now, let’s jump into the sneakers dropping on our favorite weekend of the year, shall we?
All Star 2024 Sneakers ft. Versatility and Style!
Heads up peeps, the list is longish. So, to make your life easier, we split these babies into four categories. They’ll make sense once you see them, we promise. Now, without further ado, let’s see what this year’s All-Star Weekend will look like in terms of kicks. After all, we all know\ what it will look like when it comes to the games!
The Prismatic Bunch
It seems like Nike is giving it their all when it comes to the All Star 2024 sneakers and the prismatic pattern. For example, the first pair on the list is the Nike Lebron 21 All-Star Prism. It features a whole prismatic silver upper with a golden swoosh, fit for an All-Star game! These babies will hit stores on February 16, 2024, for $160. Oh, and this one comes with a hang tag that is a trading card! And if you wanna match with the kiddos, you can get them the Little Posite One All-Star. These feature the same upper with cool red details and will also drop on February 16, 2024!
Oh no, we’re not done yet, because the upcoming Nike Zoom Freak 5 All-Star features a huge prismatic silver swoosh! However, the upper comes in a very nice shade of jade. Additional details are the tongue branding that merges Giannis’ logo with the All-Star Nike logo, and Antetokounmpo’s signature on the midsole! These babies will drop on February 16, 2024.
Finally, Ja Morant’s signature Nike Ja 1 will come in GS sizing and will feature a simple white and blue upper. It will also feature Ja’s logo along with this year’s All-Star Nike logo. And finally, the kicks will feature the same prismatic pattern on the forefoot! You can expect these babies to probably drop on February 16, 2024, for $102.
The Greater Than (GT) Line Channels Classic Energy
It wouldn’t be a cool lineup if the All Star 2024 sneakers didn’t include classics or modern takes on them. With that said, the upcoming Nike GT Jump 2 All Star pays homage to 1998’s Total Foamposite Max! The kicks feature a silver and black upper with the holographic swoosh pod on the collar. And finally, the blue midsole is a nod to the blue Air unit on the 1998 pair. You can get these babies on February 13, 2024, for $190.
Now, the Greater Than is another release inspired by 1996’s Nike Air More Uptempo in black and white. You see, the Nike Zoom GT Hustle 2 features the classic huge AIR logo on the black upper. And to complete the classic feel, we get some vintage branding on the tongue! If that sounds like a pair you’d wanna rock, you can catch these babies on February 13, 2024, for $170.
OGs Are Back in the Game!
We love it when Nike and Jordan Brand bring back OG silhouettes and colorways! First, we have Kevin Durant’s KD 4 Galaxy making a stellar comeback after 12 years. And you can read all about it right here in case you missed it. Second, Jordan 4 Bred Reimagined is throwing it back to 1989 with a twist!
In addition to these babies, we have Adidas who will give their two cents with the Crazy 8 All-Star. Out of the whole list of All Star 2024 sneakers, this one hits a little bit differently, because Kobe Bryant is involved. The Adidas Crazy 8 All-Star was the pair Kobe wore on his first-ever All-Star appearance in 1998. Naturally, Adidas chose to pay tribute to the legend with a re-issue of the kicks he wore. You can get these babies on February 15, 2024, for $140.
You Can Never Go Wrong with Colorful Kicks
To wrap this whole lineup up, we have three colorful kicks! The first is Luka Doncic’s Jordan Luka 2 All-Star. These babies feature a white and black upper with hot pink, purple, yellow, teal, and deep blue details. If you like eccentric pairs like these (understandably), you can get the kicks on February 15, 2024, for $130.
Secondly, Kevin Durant strikes again with the Nike KD 16 All-Star. Now, the only word to describe these babies would be colorful. The kicks feature a mishmash of white, green, pink, hot pink, yellow, and orange! You can catch the vibrant babies on February 16, 2024, for a retail price of $160. Last but not least, we have Anthony Edwards’ Adidas AE1! While the base is simply black, the iridescent casing reflects different colors, depending on the angle. And if we’re honest, they’re quite the lookers! You can cop these babies sometime in February 2024, for $120.
